A black and white image of the PPL Building towering over the photographer in downtown Allentown. A slight distortion is applied to the image giving the impression that the building is literally beginning to lean over the observer. It actually kind of feels like this when you're looking up at this building from ground-level.
The PPL Global building in downtown Allentown, located on 9th and Hamilton. Formerly Pennsylvania Power and Light, this building has served as the company's headquarters since it's completion in 1928. Despite several office towers being constructed downtown over the past decade, the PPL building remains the tallest in Allentown and the greater Lehigh Valley at 24 stories and 322 feet.
