Description
This is the red painted covered bridge at Covered Bridge Park in South Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania. This is a lowfi adaptation of the photograph, with the eye drawn towards the red covered bridge spanning the Jordan Creek.
Wehr's Covered Bridge was built in 1841 and lies along Wehr's Mill Road. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the bridge continues to carry small vehicles across the Jordan Creek to this date, with weight and height restrictions. During the holidays, the bridge is decorated with Christmas lights and decorations, which I have images available as well!
