Description
This image is from Trexler Memorial Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Trexler Park is a large open park with miles of walking paths and huge open lawns. The west side of the park is elevated above the east side of the park. From this area we have a lovely view of a morning sunrise as it begins to peak over the horizon. Snow remains on the park's lawns after several major snowstorms hit the area.
Allentown is located in Pennsylvania's Lehigh County and is home to a large public park system. A huge thanks to this park system goes out to Trexler Park's namesake, Harry Clay Trexler, who originally funded and suggested such a park system in the early 20th century.
