Description
A white tailed deer fawn takes a moment to study me as I walked along the nature trail at the Trexler Nature Preserve. Deer are abundant at the preserve, but they can still be fairly difficult to spot during the daylight hours. This one seemed fairly curious and continued feeding on the grass once it realized we were of no danger.
